By downloading, accessing, or using Ludorixx ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Ludorixx is a fitness gamification app designed for personal use. You agree to:

• ► Use the App only for lawful purposes
• ► Not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
• ► Not share your account with others
• ► Be at least 13 years of age to use the App

Ludorixx offers optional in-app purchases including token packs, subscriptions, and cosmetic items. All purchases are:

• ► Processed securely through Stripe
• ► For digital goods only — no physical items are included
• ► Subject to availability and may change at any time

Virtual tokens and in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Because Ludorixx sells digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered to your account — except where required by applicable law.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• ► A technical error prevented you from receiving your purchased content
• ► You were charged more than once for the same item
• ► The purchase was made fraudulently without your authorisation

To request a refund, email us at helloludorixx@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction date with your order details. We aim to respond within 5 business days. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Ludorixx PRO is a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at helloludorixx@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Ludorixx provides fitness content for entertainment and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise programme. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue arising from use of the App.

All content on and within Ludorixx — including, without limitation, the Ludorixx name, logo, and branding; all artwork, character designs, sprites, and animations (including the Rixx mascot); audio and music; game mechanics, level designs, and workout programmes; text, graphics, user interface, and source code — is the exclusive property of Ludorixx and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of this App or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, transmitted, broadcast, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means — including screenshots, screen recordings, scraping, or reverse-engineering — without the prior express written permission of Ludorixx.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this App constitutes copyright infringement and may subject the infringer to civil and criminal penalties, including injunctions, statutory and actual damages, and legal costs. Ludorixx reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that infringes its intellectual property rights.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this App should be interpreted as granting any licence or right to use any Ludorixx trademark without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as nicknames and profile data). By using the App, you grant us a licence to use this data to operate and improve the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ludorixx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
